Nice grip on the wrist but for ladies who has smaller hands, itβs too long when you try to lift the weights it feels flimsy because of the length and hinder the workouts
Partial threads came out on the underside of the grips after second use. Would prefer the grips to be a little shorter but otherwise ok.
